Our four-bedroom apartment is in the first line of the coast (the building is directly adjacent to the beach), you can see the ocean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It has 135 square meters on two levels: living room, one bedroom, one bathroom and a large balcony on one level, and three bedrooms, one bathroom and a large terrace on the other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, an office desk with a chair, drawers, a closet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The apartment is 100 meters from the grocery store. To a larger hypermarket (as well as a Chinese store with items of all sorts) just 850 meters<\/a> (11 minutes). To the bakery with delicious fresh bread – 90 meters. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and the best ones – max. 10 minutes on foot. We have a 300 Mbps fiber internet connection, distributed by mesh wifi all throughout the apartment. 55′ Android TV available, with 50+ local channels, too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not rent, but our friends and family sometimes visit. There is a co-working<\/a> space in El Cotillo, but in our apartment there is a desk with an office chair in each bedroom. One also has a widescreen monitor \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n
